About Us

Who We Are
PS Safety is proudly veteran and woman-owned, backed by a collective 50+ years of real-world safety and training experience. We’ve been in the trenches—on construction sites, inside high-security semiconductor fabs, and everywhere in between. We know the rules, we know the risks, and we know how to make safety stick.

Our Approach
At PS Safety, we keep safety practical. We cut through the fluff and deliver training your crew actually remembers and applies Monday morning. We’ve trained hundreds across country, from crane crews and riggers to fab techs and foremen, and everything in between.

What We Do
We are based in Arizona, but will travel to anywhere you need us. We deliver real-world safety consulting and specialized training to keep your people compliant, confident, and ready for anything. That means:

  • Tailored onsite training — forklift, crane safety, rigger & signalperson, fall protection, and more

  • Post-incident support & safety program development

  • OSHA 300 & recordkeeping compliance

  • Clear, no-fluff guidance that fits the way your team actually works

Because let’s face it—cookie-cutter safety doesn’t cut it in the real world.

Our Promise
Whether it’s training your crew, supporting your safety program, or stepping in after an incident, PS Safety brings experience, integrity, and solutions that actually work where it counts: on the jobsite.

Jacque Smith doesn’t believe in checkbox safety—or training that looks good on paper but falls apart in the field.

With a background spanning construction, industrial operations, and contractor environments, Jacque brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to safety and communications. She holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, which means she knows how to build programs that don’t just meet requirements—they actually connect with people.

Throughout her career, Jacque has worked closely with general contractors, project leadership, and field crews on real jobs, in real conditions, where safety decisions matter. That experience shaped PS Safety’s approach: hands-on training, clear expectations, and zero corporate fluff.

At PS Safety, Jacque helps organizations strengthen their safety culture from the field level up—because the best programs are the ones crews understand, leadership supports, and companies can actually sustain.

Her philosophy is simple: if safety training doesn’t make sense in the field, it doesn’t belong in the program.

Patrick Smith brings real-world credibility to PS Safety—because he’s lived the work.

With decades of experience in crane operations and heavy construction environments, Patrick has spent his career in the field, working alongside operators, riggers, and crews on complex, high-risk jobs. He understands firsthand how safety decisions play out on a jobsite, not in a conference room.

Patrick’s background includes leadership roles where safety, communication, and accountability were critical to successful project execution. That experience drives his approach at PS Safety: hands-on training, clear expectations, and practical guidance crews can actually use.

At PS Safety, Patrick specializes in crane safety, rigging, equipment operations, and jobsite risk management. His training style is direct, experience-based, and focused on keeping people safe while getting the job done right.
